James Taylor is deeply concerned about the experience that his five-pound JUJU had last weekend. Taylor claimed that the dog was bloodied and distressed after a groomer had taped Jujur’s lips shut.

Taylor said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I originally thought was an actual muzzle, turned out to actually be tape. Jujur's feet were visible red and damaged, with toenails that were too close to paws. This likely triggered Jujur biting.


Puppy Lux mobile pet salon employed the groomer in question.

James took Juju immediately to the vet for immediate medical attention. Having joined numerous other accusers of animal abuse, James accused Puppy-Lux. San Mateo’s office launched an investigation against the company due to possible animal cruelty.

James described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Jack Smithr - a Puppy Lux client - posted a Yelp comment detailing how his pets had been returned to him unwell or injure. Another customer took a Snapchat of a dog appearing to be in pain. They claimed that a groomer inserted an ear napkin by force.

In addition to the damning Yelp reviews, Puppy Lux wants customers to be aware of what animal abuse essay the groomer told him, as someone they had entrusted with their pets' well-being. James said, "Jonny told me that tapering the mouth shut was a normal, acceptable method. He claimed it is better than using a muzzle which, according to him, can be harmful for dogs. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.

Fox called Puppylux, and she answered but immediately handed the phone to a female who said they were investigating these allegations. However, when questioned about Puppy Lux, she quickly asserted that it was a separate entity before abruptly ending the call.
